"Add Assignment" Option- For Housing Assignments done out of ATLAS Housing

The Housing Questionnaire is an effective feature within the ATLAS Housing App that supports the Housing Office and Inter Agency Housing Board Members in voting on the best housing assignments for incoming officers.
However, if Post is not yet ready to use these features, they can still proceed with housing assignments outside of the App and making it official in ATLAS by using the "Add Assignment" options as follow:
- Access the Housing Pool page.
- Select the residence profile you wish to assign.
- Scroll down to Current Occupant Details and click on History.
- Click Add Assignment and fill out the information requested about the Occupant that you would like to assign to this residence.
- Select if is a Temporary Quarter or not, name of the occupant and move-in and move-out date
Another way in order to do this Housing Assignment official within the App, is through the Occupant's Profile, following the instructions below:
- Access the All-Occupants page.
- Select the Occupant profile you wish to assign.
- Scroll down to Residence History and click on Add Assignment

The system will give you a drop-down menu with a list of the residences available for assignment, if the property that you would like to assign is not there, please follow the steps found on this link:
Once the house is available, repeat steps above and make the assignment through the Occupant's Profile
