Introduction

With ATLAS Welkom Center you can upload newsletters from CLO or any other section as a PDF or a HTML file.  NOTE:  Newsletters must be created outside of ATLAS Welkom Center.

Uploading a Newsletter

Navigate to Content Management > Newsletter.

Click the + Add button in the upper right corner of the Newsletters window. This will display the Add Newsletter pop-up.

In the pop-up window, enter the Name (which appears as the Newsletter's title), the Section where the newsletter is coming from, and the current date in the Published field.

Toggle the Is Public switch to blue to publish the Newsletter.

Next, choose the file type, PDF or HTML, and then click Select File to upload the file.

Once the file is uploaded, it will appear in the Newsletters list. From here, the user can search for newsletters, export to Excel or CSV, copy a newsletter, and arrange your columns. There is also a visitor counter to check how many people visited the Newsletters page.

Viewing Newsletters

Once created, published newsletters will automatically appear on the home page of the Welkom Center. Visitors to the Post’s site will be able to browse through the Newsletters to stay informed about important updates and information relevant to the Post.

The section will display the three (3) most recent newsletters and the category to which each one belongs.
