Introduction

This article will walk you through how to edit and delete photo albums.

Accessing Photo Albums

To manage photo albums, navigate to Content Management > Photo Albums.

On the Photo Albums page, users will see a list of existing photo albums, including their published and protected status.

Editing a Photo Album

Select an existing photo album you want update or modify, and click the Edit icon.

Change the name, description, or publication status as needed.

After updating, click the Save Changes button to ensure all modifications are applied.

Deleting a Photo Album

To delete a photo album, click the Delete icon (represented by a trash bin icon) next to the album or document.

Confirm deletion when prompted. Be aware that once an album is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and all associated photos will also be removed.

Viewing a Photo Albums

Once created, published photo albums will automatically appear on the home page of the Welkom Center. Visitors to the Post’s site will be able to browse through the albums and view the images associated with each topic.
