Introduction

This article allows users to view, create, update, and delete Points of Contact (POCs). Each contact holds basic information such as name, title, phone number, and email address.

 

Managing a Contact

Navigate to Content Management > Contacts.

The Contacts Table displays all existing entries. It includes full details such as name, title, phone number, and email address.

  • Name: The full name of the contact.
  • Title: Job title or role.
  • Phone: Contact's phone number.
  • Email Address: Contact's email address.

 

Adding a Classified Ad

Navigate to Content Management > Classifieds.

Click the + CREATE NEW button at the top right corner.

Use the Search Field to check if the contact already exists in the Directory.

  • Enter the name of the desired contact into the search bar.
  • If the contact is found, you can select it and proceed.
  • If “Contact not found” appears, this means the contact does not yet exist in the Directory.

⚠️ Note: Always perform a search first to avoid duplicate entries.

Fill out the required fields:

  • Name: Full name of the contact person.
  • Title: Their official designation or job title.
  • Phone: Mobile or landline number.
  • Email Address: Valid and active email address.

⚠️ Note: Ensure all information is correct before submission.

Click Save Changes to to finalize the entry. To discard, select Cancel.

 

Editing an Existing Contact

Scroll or use the search bar to locate the desired contact.

Click the Edit icon next to the record and update the necessary fields.

After editing, click the Save Changes button. To discard, select Cancel.

 

Deleting an Existing Contact

Locate the contact in the table.

Click the Delete icon next to the contact entry.

A confirmation prompt will appear. Click OK to confirm deletion.

⚠️ Reminder: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
