Introduction

This article will walk you through how to create, manage, and configure photo albums in the ATLAS Welkom Center.

Accessing Photo Albums

Navigate to Content Management > Photo Albums.

Overview of the Photo Albums Dashboard

  • Name: This shows the title of the photo album.
  • Published: Indicates whether the album is published (visible to others).
  • Protected: Shows if the album is protected, which may limit access based on certain permissions or settings.
  • Users can perform actions such as:
    • Edit: To modify an album's details.
    • Delete: To remove an album entirely.

Creating a New Photo Album

To create a new album, click on the Create New button located at the top-right corner.

On the Create New Photo Album page, provide the following information:

  • Name: Enter a title for the album.
  • Description: Add a brief description of the album's content.
  • Published: Toggle this option to make the album visible to others.
  • Protected: If this option is enabled, only certain users may be able to view or modify the album.

Note: The interface has a disclaimer reminding you to ensure that you have the right to upload and share any photos, particularly in terms of privacy and third-party rights.

Adding Photos to the Album

Once the album is created, you can start adding photos. Click on the Add Photos button at the bottom of the page.

This will open a file upload option where you can select the photos you want to add to the album.

Click on the Save Changes button to finalize and save the new Photo Album.
