Atlas Housing Improvements
Pending Delegated User Improvements
- This request must be done by the USDH; Local administrators will only approve, reject or delete the request.
- USDH can request access from their EFMS to Atlas Housing
- EFMs won't be able to perform any changes
- They can get access with they state.gov account (if any) or agency or non-state (personal email account)
In order to do this, USDH must follow the steps below:
- In the Resident Portal, click on their name on the right top corner of the screen
- Click on Delegated User
- Click on Delegate Household member
- Click on Request Delegate Account
Once these steps are completed, Post Local administrators will be able to accept, reject or delete the request
Local administrators must access to:
- Configuration Menu
- Click on Pending Delegate Users
- Approve, reject or delete the request depending on specific circumstances
Right after that, EFM will receive an email notification in order to active his/her Okta Account.

Email Notifications Improvements
Post Local administrator can customize an email for all outgoing email notifications for Post
In order to customize Post's email signature, local administrators must follow the instructions below:
- Configuration Menu
- Click on " Manage Email Templates"
- Click on "Update email signature"
- Customize your signature
- Click on "Save Changes"
Inspection Portal Improvements
- Creating Inspection Report
Inspection and local administrators will be able to create Inspections report per house
In order to do this, please see images below:
- Access to the Inspection Portal
- Click on Find Residences
- Find by Name and Address
- Click on Go to Inspection
Next you will find all the inspections related to this property in alphabetical order.
In order to get an inspection, report you may click on the "report icon" highlighted below
Once Inspection and local administrators can add as many email addresses as they need.
They can select it from the User Groups created for the Processes (Make Ready, Commissioning and Decomissioning) and add any additional people such as the landlord and other service providers at Post (RSO, POSHO, FAC) etc.
State, non-state and personal email accounts can be added, and everyone will receive the same email.
In order to add emails, please follow the instructions below:
- Recipients
- Add Email groups
- Add Email addresses
- Click on "Add" to make sure emails addresses have been selected, it will be displayed on the right side of the screen under "Email list"
- Inspection and local administrators may select the issue or issues they want to include in this report, adding a check mark to the box right next to title of the issue.
- They can also add additional comments and instructions as needed
- In order to send the email, they should click on "Save and Send Email"
All the selected email addresses will receive an email notification with a link that will allow to download the report.
Reports will be saved in the Residence's Profile under Inspection Report details
