Inspection Portal Improvements
Saving Inspection Report: Inspections reports will be saved in the Residence's profile after they've been created. This will allow local and inspection administrators to downloaded it and send it again to users if needed.
Inspection types can be created more than once:
Atlas Housing allows Local and Inspection administrators to create more than one inspection of the same type. This means if a Pre-Departure Inspection is created for the first visit to check the conditions of the house before the USDH departure date, a second Pre-Departure Inspection review can be created to confirm the damages found have been fixed.
Reports Improvements
Invalid Status Report:
Atlas Housing now shows Residence Statuses that the system considers invalid like Occupant is set to "Departed" but still showing "Moved-in" on their residence.
In order to perform this change, please follow the steps below:
- Overview Menu
- Click on "Reporting"
- Click on "Create" under Invalid Status Report
Once the report has been created within the system, this will allow local administrators to update the information without going into every single Occupant's profile. Please see image below:
- Click on the Plus sign
- A new window will pop-up
- Local administrators can select from Moved-in to Moved out status
- Click on "Update Information"
- The name of the person will disappear from the list, meaning the information has been updated
Note: This will allow the selection of these properties for new recommendations for new Housing Assignments
Rent Lease Report
Local administrators will be able to create a Rent Lease Report that will show the following information:
- Residence Name
- Lease Start Date
- Lease Expiration Date
- Lease Renewal Date
- Rent Currency
- Rent Amount
- Others

Tasks modification saved with one click: Edits on processes tasks can be saved when clicking on "saved"
