ADG and Atlas Housing Team are pleased to present our latest release 1.10.4 with wonderful improvements and bug fixes as follow:

• Dashboard Improvements 

Atlas Housing Dashboard never looked better; Local administrators can now drill down into the Pie chart to see the following information:

• Open Tasks: Assigned tasks and overdue tasks status
• Residence Overview: Housing Pool current status
• Open Processes: Current tasks status of open processes
• Assignment Workflow: Housing Questionnaire status
• IAHB Summary: Pending recommendations
• Upcoming Arrivals & Departures
• Upcoming Move in Dates
• Upcoming Move out Dates
• Recent IAHB Assignments: applicable only to assignments done through the IAHB voting process or direct approval. This Is not applicable when using “Directly Assigned” and “History” assigned method.

• Housing Questionnaire Improvements

Housing Questionnaire Position Information

New grayed out fields were enabled.

• Residence's Profile Improvements

Attachments section in the residence's profiles enabled access to see:

• Departed Occupants attachments 

Now, you will be able to see attachments for all occupants that have been assigned to a specific property. There are two ways to access to this:

Option 1: Throughout Housing Pool menu

Option 2: Throughout Departed Occupants

• Unit ID has been added to properties dropdowns

Temporary Quarter selection will allow local administrators the ability to see the Unit ID to properly identify the selected preference

•  Bug Fixes

• IAHB Direct approval voting- Justification Continue button has been fixed
• Make Ready “Edit Page” has been fixed
• Make Ready Process edit page is now showing Outgoing Occupant’s name
• Changed verbiage of Occupation Statuses

• Hold Protection is preventing and Occupation from saving

• Hold warning message not popping up when expected
