ADG and ATLAS Housing are pleased to present our latest release notes with wonderful improvements, enhancements and bug fixes that will be an asset to your daily work at Post

Inspections Portal Improvements

Local administrators and Inspection Administrator now have the ability to:

• Delete Inspections that include one or more issues
• Delete individual issues from an Inspection
• Select multiple liable and fixing parties in an inspection issue
  
  

Make Ready Improvements

• Once a Make Ready is initiated in a property, all events and tasks can now be viewed in a separate screen.

General Improvements

• Recent IAHB assignments can now be sorted in the main dashboard using IAHB Assignment date and arrival date
• IAHB dates are now visible in the Occupant’s profile page
• Occupant Viewer Role is able to see Cost Center Number information 
• Temporary Quarters information is now available in All Occupants list
• USDH primary email is now visible in All Occupants page
• Attachments in Residence’s Profiles are categorized by: 

1. Residence’s attachments
2. Current Occupant attachments and 
3. Other Occupants attachments, referring to departed occupants

Temporary Records

• Improved Temporary Records editing to allow editing of more fields
• Rent field is now not a requirement when adding temporary records to the system, particularly for Government Owned Properties

Housing Questionnaire

• Custom Fields and Preference will now allow values between 1-5

Bug Fixes

• Delegated user issues have been resolved. Local administrators now will be able to see the status of delegated users' requests 
• Net Size details are uniformly displayed in all applicable field
